Free Writing Promotion

Our writing promotion takes place over the space of a month. We give writers a great service that gives them help with promoting for that time, and they can connect more with our community and grow!

Here is what exactly the promotion involves:

​

1 Instagram post with an image of their choice, such as one of them or their work or logo. It also has a  350 word bio about them, where they are from, and things they do outside their writing, and a list of their social medias and a website link. 

​

6 Instagram stories sharing their work, showing teasers,  interviews, anything they want! These are shown in videos or pictures. They contain links, genres, and tropes, and contain any warnings and ratings needed. We also add things such as music, words encouraging people to read, check out and hashtags. 

​

These things are shared on set dates which are: 

​

-1st of the month, the post is shared

-5th of the month, the first story is shared

-10th of the month, the second story is shared

-15th of the month, the third story is shared

-20th of the month, the fourth story is shared

-25th of the month, the fifth story is shared

-Last day of the month, the sixth story is shared

The posting is done in UK time, and it is not done at set time as the founder and runner, C.L.Brierley, fits them in around her everyday life. 

​

We welcome all genres of writing, all different kinds of writing, and support writers on many different platforms.

​

However, we will not ever promote any stories that romanticise or glamourise murder, rape, incest, abuse, etc. Also, we will never promote stories that spread misinformation or encourage hate, and we will never promote anything that breaks laws such as essay mills. 

​

We also do bonus things for our writers such as writer of the month and writer spotlight interviews. 

​

Writer of the month, is done on Instagram polls via Instagram stories, and it is voted for by the community in a few rounds. Whoever has the most votes in the final round is writer of the month for the following month. They also get featured in the bio of our Instagram page or that month, and a link of their choice is featured in our linktree for that same month.

We ask that our writers give the page a shoutout on their own Instagram and comment on the latest 'Let's Tag' post, a post where people who tag 5 people in the comments could win a shoutout on our page. These little things help in a big way as they are ways more writers and readers can find the page, and hopefully get free promotion and join our book recommendation groups. 

​

There is also always the opportunity for writers to return for another month. Writers also get a break of a month to give others a chance to get promotion. 

​

On top of all of this, we also have a group of writers named The Writer's Hangout. It is a place where writers can come chat, share bits of their work for feedback, get advice about writing and publishing, and more!
