Mrs Mona Hemant Bakshi was born and brought up in Saharanpur a district of Uttar Pradesh, India. At a mere age of twenty she got married to a businessman and started a new beginning in Lucknow - city of nawabs. Though she used to write since her teens but never cherished her write ups.  She was encouraged by her three kids and husband to portray her write ups on social media. She joined Your Quotes in 2019 and Instagram in 2020, and after 2019 it was never looking back for her. Although she has participated in few Anthologies but her first solo book published under Notion press is Waves of emotions. Be true to your heart in expressing your self. Never change your style and try to copy other authors. Instead learn to be honest with your style. She is always motivated by my husband and kids, a beautiful trait inherited from my late mother. She tries to encourage her fellow writers and love to read their feedback.

Writing is one of my passions. Every word is rooted in personal experiences I have had or observed. You will be reading pieces of work made from my heart. TreVaughn Malik Roach-Carter is a Queer Black writer from California currently living in New York. He is a fiction Editor for The Ana Literary Magazine and the Digital Editorial Assistant at Publishers Weekly. He hold an MFA in creative writing from San Francisco State University. His work has been featured in Ramblr Magazine, Tayo Magazine’s special issue: SOFT, Transfer Magazine, BAD EGG Magazine, Borderless Magazine, Stellium Magazine, and Querencia Press. He is a recipient of the Leo Litwalk Literature Award, a Browning Society Award, and a finalist for the Next Generation Indie Book Awards in the African American Literature category.
